What We Do
We provide advice, tools and resources to help vulnerable groups gain a better quality of life.
Proactive Ghana has a 5-Member Board which comprises 2 females and 3 males. The Board, which meets quarterly, provides strategic direction to the organisation and approves strategic plans, budgets and formulates policies. There is a Management Team that comprises of the Executive Director, Programmes Coordinator, Finance & Administrative Officer, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Regional Liaison Officers and Administrative Assistant. The Management Team oversees the daily operations of the organisation. Proactive Ghana also has a pool of well-trained Community Facilitators
